Here’s how we work:
We start with an initial onsite consultation and evaluation, discuss your needs and create a design-build plan tailored just for you. After that, we work on the design with your interior designer or architect. If you don’t have n architect, we can recommend a qualified one for you.
Once the preliminary plans are developed, we will give you initial pricing to help set the budget. If necessary, the plans can be revised to balance cost and design goals. We’ll consult with you every step of the way to ensure that we’re creating the exact house you’ve dreamed about. Suggest revisions, being your own ideas to the table and tell us what you want. We’re eager to work with you.
Once we’ve consulted with vendors, created construction drawings and finalized the signed construction agreement, we’ll start to build. You can relax and watch your home come to life, as we manage the construction site, coordinate the project, and keep the job site clean, safe and compliant with regulations. We commit to finishing the job ahead of schedule, too.
